

Vikings: Valhalla, created by Jeb Stuart, is a spin-off series of the popular History Channel show, Vikings. Stuart’s first screenplay was the blockbuster hit Christmas movie Die Hard. He’s gone on to write and produce other hits including Next of Kin, The Fugitive, Fire Down Below and Another 48 Hrs. Micheal Hurst, the creator and writer of the original Vikings series will serve as Executive Producer.
Netflix ordered 24 episodes of Vikings: Valhalla which will be divided into three seasons. Season 1 is complete and hits Netflix in February 2022. Season 2 completed filming in November 2021. The way Netflix releases their shows Season 2 will most likely premiere in 2023.
The all-new VIKINGS: VALHALLA begins in the early 11th century and chronicles the legendary adventures of some of the most famous Vikings who ever lived – Leif Eriksson, Freydis Eriksdotter, Harald Hardrada and the Norman King William the Conqueror. These men and women will blaze a path as they fight for survival in the ever changing and evolving world.
