Iconic Welsh castles captured from the air with bird’s eye camera

You’ve heard of Game Of Thrones but it’s been more a case of “Game Of Drones” in Wales.

Cadw has released a series of videos that have been shot using a remote controlled drone equipped with a high quality camera to recreate a bird’s eye view of some of the most iconic historic sites in Wales.

Stunning monuments including Laugharne Castle and St Davids Bishop’s Palace feature in the first in a series of films that can be viewed below.
