The property will be auctioned off and listing agent Anne-Marie Johns, Leumeah United First National, says it is difficult to predict what it will sell for “because it has never been on the market.”

Other three-bedroom properties in Leumeah have sold for between $305,000 and $362,500 and the suburb’s median house price is $330,000.

According to RP Data, the highest sale price in Leumeah was $580,000 for a five-bedroom house, in March this year. The previous record was $550,000 for a four-bedroom house in 2004.
