The three-bedroom property at 4 Dowling Street, Leumeah, NSW is for sale for the first time in its 30-year history.
The property will be auctioned off and listing agent Anne-Marie Johns, Leumeah United First National, says it is difficult to predict what it will sell for “because it has never been on the market.”
