Sir Anthony Kenny is a modern philosopher who has written over 30 books. He became an ordained Roman Catholic priest in 1955. Since then he has become an agnostic. He has written extensively about Thomas Aquinas and challenges his five proofs of God. In 2006 Sir Anthony Kenny received the American Catholic Philosophical Association’s Aquinas Medal for his contributions to philosophy.
